Join me for a welcoming and supportive class at Dorchester Yoga and Therapy Centre every Monday at 7:30pm. Perfect for those new to yoga or returning after a break, this class focuses on building a strong foundation through breathwork, mobility, balance, and gentle flows. Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after a soothing savasana.
Mixing yoga flows with Yin poses
Sundays 5pm at Dorchester Yoga & Therapy Centre From November till April
The class will start with a gentle warm up, mobility exercises and building our yoga flows to get us all moving, leading into a slower paced yin section where we will hold poses for a longer period of time, physically allowing for a deeper slower stretch and emotionally it can help to quieten the mind, promoting stillness, balances and soothing the nervous system, aiding better sleep and easing anxiety and stress. Class will end with an extended Savasana.

This gentle practice, held on the last Friday of each month, this works wonders for those feeling tight, stressed, or simply needing some ‘me time’. By holding passive poses for extended periods, Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues, improving flexibility and range of motion. Perfect for counteracting the effects of sitting or exercise.
