Hello, I'm Claire a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher. I teach a mix of in-person and online classes, workshops and retreats. I'm based in sunny Dorset but cover a large part of the South West with our retreats and workshops. I enjoy teaching beginners through to those who have been practising a while. My styles include Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Teen Yoga. When i'm not teaching yoga my hobbies include running and paddleboarding. I run in person classes & retreats in Dorchester & Bridport, and online classes
